Adelaide Backline Rehearsal Studio is situated in a professionally equipped 8m x 6m x 3m open studio facility at our 20 Regent St, Melrose Park, South Australia facility.

Located approximately 15-mins south of both Adelaide CBD and international airport, we are a 3-mins walk to Castle Plaza Shopping Centre, Edwardstown – plus several major fast-food outlets, licensed hotels and restaurants. The room has split system air-conditioning and band centric amenities.

10am -2pm OR 2pm – 6pm OR 6pm – 10pm @ $100 (min. 4hrs)

Weekday and weekend sessions may be combined for a 12-hr lockout $300 day rate (10am – 10pm)

  • Additional backline &/or audio equipment may be hired directly from ABPH ad hoc – subject to availability.
  • Should the standard in-house equipment not be available (on-hire) we will substitute accordingly with our professional tour-grade audio and backline equipment.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Bookings are on a ad-hoc basis unless otherwise arranged ♣
  2. Cash payment in advance for non-account customers. No CC payments.
  3. Our automated entry system allows permission to enter the Studio and amenities exclusively for your session times.
  4. You must exit the building no later than 5-minutes prior to the conclusion of your designated session – or be subject to a $80 late exit fee.
  5. Strictly no cancellations, credits or refunds within 48-hours of a booking under any circumstance.
  6. Hire cost includes rehearsal studio, toilet & kitchen amenities, plus the standard PA and backline gear as listed above.
  7. Whether you chose to utilise the backline equipment or bring your own remains your prerogative however it does not affect the standard room hire fee.

NB* No external drum kits unless a direct hire/setup from ABPH inventory for multi-day lockouts.

Security

By law we advise CCTV, motion and heat sensors are located throughout the facility including 24/7 security monitoring. Security access is granted solely within each confirmed session time period.

Your group will be assigned a security access code and instructions for entering/exiting the facility provided on completion of prepayment.

You must pack down and remove all personal equipment, remove all rubbish and vacate the premises within your allotted time period.

General Housekeeping

Please DO NOT place open drink containers including beer / water / juice bottles on top of ANY equipment or amplifiers supplied by the ABPH. In fact this is a good stage practice.. just sayin’!!

NO SMOKING inside the premises whatsoever or within 10m of the facility entrance. Smokers please use sand bin at driveway gates.

As with all things at ABPH we work on a system of mutual respect and understanding. The gear provided is valuable and to be treated appropriately. You are responsible for any equipment breakages/loss. This does not include drums skins as we will replace these from time to time.

Remember – SAFETY FIRST !!!.
